Training opportunity in evidence gathering and interviewing skills
The Agency is pleased to announce a new training opportunity for local authority food law enforcement officers (both environmental health and trading standards officers). The two-day residential course is designed to help delegates enhance their investigative and interview skills in relation to food law enforcement.
