The Co-operative is recalling four types of its Truly Irresistible pasta sauces, because the products might contain small pieces of glass. All jars of the four sauces are being recalled from customers. The Agency has issued a Food Alert for Information.

An outbreak in mid-August 2009 of Salmonella Enteritidis phage type (PT) 14b was possibly linked to an egg production premises in Spain.
